ANGOLA, Ind. -- Information on Thunder Club membership for the 2016-17 school year is now available, Trine University announced today.
Thunder Club membership offers different perks at different membership levels to fans wishing to support Trine athletics during the 2016-17 school year. All memberships include two Trine athletic performance t-shirts, a membership card allowing entrance to all sporting events, a complimentary buffet and entry to the Thunder deck at all home football games, free parking at Zollner Athletic Stadium, and $25 worth of concession coupons. Additional perks are available depending on the type of membership purchased. Membership levels start at $150.

Thunder Club provides important financial support for Trine's 24 athletic programs. During the 2015-16 school year, Thunder athletic teams produced four All-Americans, four Academic All-Americans, 16 All-Region honorees and 44 all-conference selections.
Trine University recently announced the construction of the $7.2 million, 1,000 seat Thunder Ice Arena to serve as the home for three new three new ice hockey programs. The University will also add a new 74,840-square-foot, 3,000-seat athletic and event center as part of a $16 million building project. In the past year, the University also dedicated the new additions of SportONE/Parkview Softball Field and Ryan Tennis Center.
Trine University boasts a student-athlete population of nearly 700. Thunder Club membership helps these student-athletes excel both in the classroom and the field of competition.
