MIAA Postseason Ticketing Information

ANGOLA, Ind. – Several Trine University teams are competing in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) postseason events this weekend. Ticketing information for those events is listed below and live video and stat links can be found on each team's schedule page.

The Trine University men's basketball team will be competing at Calvin University, beginning with the MIAA Semifinal Round on Friday, February 24. The two-seed Thunder will face the three-seed Hope College Flying Dutch beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tickets for that event can be found by clicking the MIAA TICKETING LINK.

With a 22-3 overall record, Trine enters postseason play ranked 23rd in the latest D3hoops.com Top 25 poll. The Flying Dutch defeated Adrian College in their MIAA First Round game by a score of 82-63. In the regular season, the Thunder swept Hope with an 89-84 double overtime victory at home and a road triumph, 56-43.

Hope College will host the MIAA Tournament for the women's basketball programs. The Trine University women's basketball team will take on Calvin University in the two versus three seed battle in the MIAA Tournament Semifinals on Friday, February 24. The Thunder are 20-5 overall and ranked #13 by D3hoops.com and #20 in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) national polls. The Knights of Calvin won their MIAA First Round game 70-47 against Adrian College. Trine beat Calvin both at home (60-45) and on the road (59-54).

On Saturday, February 25, the Trine University men's and women's track and field programs will host the MIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships inside the Keith E. Busse/Steel Dynamics Athletic and Recreation Center (ARC). Events begin at 11 a.m. and tickets will be available at the door.

Both the Trine men's and women's track and field teams enter the conference championship meet as the defending champions of the MIAA. The Thunder men have won three consecutive MIAA titles dating back to 2020.
