ANGOLA, IND.-- Trine Athletics will host its annual Trine Thunder Club Golf Classic Friday, May 6, the school's athletic department announced.
The event will tee off with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. The outing is open to all members of the Thunder Varsity Club. Various sponsorship opportunities are available, with perks ranging from mention in the event program, various signage options, tee, hole and team sponsorship, and corporate sponsorship with your corporation's logo being included in the event banner. The event will be held at the university's Zollner Golf Course.
Registration is $85 per player and $340 per team. Registration includes green fees and a cart, drinks, a dinner of burgers, brats, hot dogs and pizza, and door prizes.

This year's outing provides the opportunity for Thunder Club members to enjoy a day of golf in conjunction with several other events on campus.
This will be the second year the event will be held in conjunction with Trine University's Commencement weekend. This year's commencement features guest speaker Mitt Romney, former Governor of Massuchesetts and Republican presidential nominee.
