A Look at the Week Ahead: January 19-25

ANGOLA, Ind.-- Take a look at the upcoming schedule and a brief preview of the week ahead in Trine Thunder athletics.

Wednesday

Men's Basketball: Calvin at Trine, 7:30 p.m.
The only remaining unbeaten in MIAA-play heads to Hershey Hall as the Knights come to town to face the Thunder. Trine is coming off a 69-55 victory over Alma, and has won two-straight in conference play. Calvin has beaten four league opponents by an average of 11 points per game.

Women's Basketball: Trine at Hope, 8 p.m.
The Flying Dutchmen, ranked 10th in the nation in the Jan. 13 USA Today Coaches Poll, will be the second ranked team Trine has faced this season. A Thunder win would move Trine into second place in the conference standings.

Friday

Men's and Women's Track and Field: Trine at Findlay Classic, Noon
The Thunder return to meet action for the first time in six weeks. The teams will be competing against competition from higher levels at Division-II Findlay.

Wrestling: Manchester at Trine, 7 p.m.
Senior Night sees the Thunder welcome the Spartans, a regular foe on Trine's schedule. Manchester won last year's dual by a 28-15 final. Brandon Preston and Mack Green are coming off first-place finishes in the Al Hanke Invitational, while Michael Conner is coming off a third-place finish.

Saturday

Wrestling: Trine at Alma College Open, 9 a.m.
It will be a quick turnaround for the Thunder after Friday night's dual as the team returns to open-style competition.

Men's and Women's Track and Field: Trine at Findlay Classic, Noon
The Thunder wrap up their performance at Findlay.

Women's Basketball: Trine at Kalamazoo, 3 p.m.
The second half of MIAA-play opens as the Thunder travel to Kalamazoo. Trine won the first meeting this season by a 77-59 final.

Men's Basketball: Albion at Trine, 3 p.m.
The Thunder will look to solve the Britons as Albion has won the last three meetings.
