ANGOLA, IND.-- Take a look at the upcoming schedule and the week ahead in Trine Thunder athletics.
Tuesday
Wrestling: Trine at Elmhurst, 8 p.m.
Fresh off a pair of successful performances in Open events,
the Thunder will wrestle their first dual of the season against the
Blue Jays. Elmhurst was 3-10 in dual meets last season. Trine's
Mack Green is coming off a championship performance in the
heavyweight class at the Trine Invitational.
Wednesday
Men's Basketball: Elmhurst at Trine, 7:30 p.m.
The Blue Jays come to town for the home-opener for the
Thunder. Trine will be looking to rebound from a season-opening
loss at Heidelberg and avenge a road loss to Elmhurst last season.
The Blue Jays carry a 2-0 record into Tuesday night's action.
Saturday
Wrestling: Trine at Olivet College Duals, 10 a.m.
The Thunder wrap up their week with a series of duals at
Olivet College. Brackets will be announced later in the week.
Women's Basketball: Trine at Oberlin, 2 p.m.
After splitting a pair of contests at the Franklin College
Tip-Off Classic, the Thunder will look to pull above .500 as they
visit the Yeoman. Oberlin enters the week 1-1. Trine has gotten
contributions from nearly every player on the roster thus far, with
12 players seeing action in both games. Seven Thunder players are
averaging over five points per game.
