ANGOLA, IND.-- Take a look at the upcoming schedule and a brief preview of the week ahead in Trine Thunder Athletics.
Monday
Men's Basketball: Trine vs. St. Vincent, 6 p.m.
After over two weeks without a game, the Thunder return to action
in their first game of Case Western Reserve's Bill Sudeck Holiday
Tournament. St. Vincent, a member of the ECAC, enters the contest
6-3 and on a four-game winning-streak.
Tuesday
Men's Basketball: Trine at Bill Sudeck Holiday Tournament,
TBA
With a win Monday, the Thunder would advance to the tournament
championship at 4 p.m. A loss would put Trine in the consolation
game at 2 p.m. The Thunder could face Case Western Reserve (6-2),
or Geneva (3-6).
Women's Basketball: Trine at IPFW, 5:30 p.m.
The Thunder make the short trip to Fort Wayne to face their
second Division-I opponent of the season. Trine was previously
defeated by Western Michigan, 81-45. The Thunder are coming off a
25-point victory over Defiance. IPFW enters the contest 5-7.
Saturday
Men's Basketball: Ohio Northern at Trine, 1 p.m.
The Thunder return home for the first time since their upset
of no. 6 Ohio Wesleyan in early-December. Trine is 2-1 at home this
season. They defeated the Polar Bears at ONU last season.
Women's Basketball: Albion at Trine, 3 p.m.
MIAA play resumes as the Thunder welcome the Britons to Hershey
Hall. Trine will be looking to build on a 2-1 start in conference
play. Albion is off to a 1-2 start in league play.
