ANGOLA, Ind.-- A new Trine Thunder Baseball Podcast is now available for listening online.
Broadcaster Aaron Coyle was joined by senior baseball captains Kory Shackle (Butler, Ohio / Mount Vernon) and Jake Weimer (Pittsboro, Ind. / Brownsburg). The discussion centered around the team's season so far, a look at various players and roles on the roster and some behind-the-scenes discussion.

Trine is off to its best start since joining the MIAA and is in second place in the conference with an 11-5 mark in league action. The Thunder own a 15-12 overall record.
The team opens a key MIAA series at Hope tomorrow. The Flying Dutch are in third place and one game behind Trine in the conference standings. First pitch on Friday is slated for 2 p.m. The Dutch will come to Trine Saturday for a doubleheader to conlcude the series beginning at 1 p.m.
