ANGOLA, Ind. -- Today's baseball game between Trine and Heidelberg has been cancelled due to weather and field conditions.
The Thunder and Student Princes had been scheduled to play at 4 p.m. at Jannen Field. The game will not be rescheduled.
Trine enters the final weekend of the regular season tied for fifth in the MIAA with Alma, two games behind Calvin in the race for the final MIAA Tournament spot. The Thunder must finish ahead of both the Knights and Scots to make the postseason.
Trine and Albion open a MIAA series Friday, May 5 at Albion. First pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m.
