ANGOLA, IND.-- Game notes are now available for Saturday's football game between Trine and Olivet.
Homecoming at Olivet College kicks off at 2 p.m. at Cutler Field. The Thunder and Comets each carry 3-1 records into Saturday's contest. Trine opened MIAA-play with a 26-23 double-overtime victory over Alma. Olivet is coming off a 28-21 victory over Adrian in their conference opener. Trine safety Tyler Guzy (Coldwater, Mich./Coldwater) is the reigining MIAA Defensive Player of the Week, while kicker Joel Lopshire (Angola, Ind./Angola) earned the most-recent MIAA Special Teams Player of the Week award. Trine has won the last six meetings in the series.
