ANGOLA, IND.-- Trine Thunder Football Podcast Episode Eight is now available for listening online.
Play-by-play announcer Aaron Coyle and color commentator Tyler Benner recapped last week's 49-46 shootout loss to Concordia (WI) and took a look at this week's upcoming MIAA-matchup against Albion. The duo were joined by a pair of special guests, senior offensive lineman Jarred Packard (Audubon, Iowa/Audubon) and running back Austin Shoemaker (Huntington, Ind./Huntington North). Packard and Shoemaker provided a look behind the scenes of Trine football.

All Trine Thunder football games can be listened to live on WEAX Radio or on the internet. The pregame broadcast for this Saturday's home showdown with Albion begins at 12:30 p.m., followed by kickoff at 1.
The Thunder control their own destiny in the race for the MIAA-title, as they are the only unbeaten remaining in conference play. Trine puts their 4-2 record and 2-0 conference mark on the line this Saturday against 3-3 Albion. The Britons are 2-1 in MIAA play.
The two teams have played an even 5-5 in the series since Trine joined the MIAA in 2004. The Britons have won two of the last three MIAA titles.
