Miller to Appear on Hoopsville Marathon Show

ANGOLA, Ind.-- Trine men's basketball head coach Brooks Miller will appear as a guest on today's Hoopsville Marathon talk show.

Miller is scheduled to be a guest on the show at 4:40 p.m. to talk Thunder hoops with host Dave McHugh. The Thunder are tied for first-place in the MIAA with a 6-1 mark- their best seven-game start ever in MIAA play. The Hoopsville Marathon is a special 12-hour show dedicated to covering anything and everything related to Division-III basketball. Viewers can catch the show by visiting www.d3hoopsville.com and can interact with McHugh on Twitter (@d3hoopsville) or by visiting the show's Facebook page (facebook.com/hoopsville).

This marathon edition of the show is being held in conjunction with a fundraising effort to help the show, which has been a staple at the Championship Weekend in Salem. Last year's fundraising efforts helped launch a new program called "The #WhyD3 Show," which is dedicated to covering the student-athlete experience in Division III.

Hoopsville typically airs Thursday from 7-9 p.m. EST at the beginning of the season. The show then airs Sundays and Thursday starting in January, and going through the end of basketball season.

Trine opens the second half of MIAA-play this Saturday with a trip to Hope. The Dutch just behind the Thunder in the league standings at 5-2. Tip-off is slated for 3 p.m.
