After both teams made the trip east to Angola last season, Trine returns the favor and travel to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point on December 8 and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse on December 10.

The run into Christmas concludes when the men's team hosts the St. Andrews Products Classic, spanning from Friday, December 16 through Sunday, December 18. The Thunder will take on Mount St. Joseph University on Saturday and Lawrence University on Sunday, both starting at 2 pm. The final non-conference matchup is at Baldwin Wallace University on December 29.

Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) play kicks off beginning on Wednesday, January 4 when Trine hosts Hope College, the defending conference champions. Next, they go to Albion College on Saturday, January 7 before returning home to host Olivet College on January 11.

The team goes on the road for four of the next five games in late January, with a key matchup against Calvin University on January 21 emanating from MTI Center. The Thunder will venture to Kalamazoo College (Jan. 14), Alma College (Jan. 18), Adrian College (Jan. 25) and finish the journey with their second game against Olivet (Jan. 28).

February 1 and 4 sees Trine hosting Albion and Alma, as the Thunder look to hold the Britons to a season-low 37 points once again. From there, it is back-to-back tough road opponents in Hope on February 8 and Calvin on February 11.

The regular season concludes with two home games - Kalamazoo on Wednesday, February 15 and senior day versus Adrian on Saturday, February 18. All Trine men's basketball home games can be seen on the Trine Broadcasting Network.
