Men's Tennis Program's Winningest Season Ends in Kalamazoo

KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Trine University men's tennis team fell to top-seeded Kalamazoo College by the score of 5-0 in the opening round of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Men's Tennis Tournament.

The Thunder finish the season 12-7 overall following the loss. Those 12 wins represent the winningest season in the program's history in the NCAA Division III.

The team dropped all three doubles matches in the contest before falling in the No. 1 and No. 3 singles matches to drop the match 5-0. The No. 2 and No. 4 singles matches did not finish and the final two singles matches did not start as the event was called after the Hornets reached five wins.
