ROYAL OAK, Mich. - The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association has announced that Trine’s Tyler Bourdo has been named its men’s MIAA Track Athlete of the Week through April 13.
Bourdo, a sophomore from Plainwell, Mich. (Delton-Kellogg HS), won the 400-meter dash in :48.77 and anchored the Thunder’s winning entry in the 4x400-meter relay at the MIAA Jamboree at Olivet on Saturday. He is being honored as Athlete of the Week for the first time this season and second time in his career.
