Gladieux Qualifies for 110-Meter Hurdle Finals

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – On day two of the 2024 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, senior Jake Gladieux qualified for the 110-meter hurdle finals.

The Oregon, Ohio native held the fifth-fastest time in the prelims at 14.05 seconds. He was the third-fastest student-athlete in his heat, but it was enough to qualify for Saturday's event finals.

Sprints, hurdles and jumps coach Seth Ware had this to say leading into the final day of competition, "Jake is already the most accomplished track athlete in school history and tomorrow he has the opportunity to finish his collegiate career and add to his already impressive resume."

Gladieux will compete for two national championships on Saturday, May 25 beginning at 5 p.m. with the 110-meter hurdle finals and 6:25 p.m. for the 400-meter hurdles.
