ANGOLA, Ind.-- The Trine softball team has announced changes to its upcoming schedule.
Today's doubleheader between the Thunder and North Central has been cancelled. The two teams are not expected to reschedule for a later date. The other change involves the date of the final home games being pushed up two days. Trine will now host Olivet Tuesday, Apr. 19 at 3:30 p.m. rather than Thursday, Apr. 21. The change has been made to accommodate Olivet rules related to exam schedules.
The final home doubleheader of the regular season against the Comets will serve as Senior Day. The Thunder will honor seven student-athletes following the conclusion of those games.
Trine returns to action Wednesday, Apr. 13 at Calvin. First pitch between the Thunder and Knights is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
