ANGOLA, Ind. -- The Trine softball team has announced dates for two hitting clinics in the upcoming weeks.
Set to be held November 20 and December 4, the clinics are open to softball players ages 10 and older. Camp participants will learn the fundamentals and techniques that have helped the Thunder produce one of the top 10 batting averages in NCAA Division III three of the last four years. Participants will receive instruction from the NFCA Division III Central Region Coaching Staff of the Year.

Trine has appeared in the NCAA Regionals each of the last nine seasons. The Thunder most-recently won its second Regional title and advanced to the Super Regional round for the second time in team history. Trine has won five-straight MIAA Championships.
