ANGOLA, Ind. -- Due to the forecast for inclement weather, Saturday's softball doubleheader between Trine and Anderson (Ind.) has been moved up to Friday.
The home opener will now take place Friday, Mar. 24 at 3 p.m. at SportONE/Parkview Softball Field. The doubleheader was previously scheduled for Saturday, Mar. 25 at 1 p.m. The Thunder carry a 16-0 record and the No. 4 national ranking into the matchup. Anderson is currently 5-3 and will take on Ohio Northern tomorrow.
The two teams last met for a single game at Anderson last year. The Ravens earned a 7-6 victory in the game.
