ANGOLA, Ind. -- Friday's softball doubleheader between Trine and Olivet has been moved to Sunday due to weather and field conditions.
The Thunder and Comets will now square off April 9 at 1 p.m. The games will be held at Olivet College's Cutler Athletic Complex as previously scheduled.
Trine is scheduled to travel to Kalamazoo Saturday, Apr. 8. First pitch between the Thunder and Hornets is slated for 1 p.m. Trine carries a 21-1 overall record and 2-0 mark into the contest, while Kalamazoo is 9-9 overall, 0-2 in MIAA play.
Thunder head coach Don Danklefsen enters this weekend's slate needing two wins to reach the 400-career win mark.
