Gould to Appear on Hoopsville Thursday Night

ANGOLA, Ind. -- Trine women's basketball head coach Ryan Gould will appear as a guest on Hoopsville Thursday evening.

Trine defeated Division I foe Fort Wayne 80-71 in an exhibition contest Monday evening. The Thunder open the season Friday, Nov. 18 against Wisconsin-Platteville at Wheaton College's Beth Baker Classic. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m.

Trine is coming off a season in which the Thunder finished 19-8 overall and reached the MIAA Tournament Championship for the first time in program history. The team was picked to finish second in the MIAA this season in the conference's preseason poll.

Hoopsville is the only show dedicated to Division III basketball in the world. The show first hit the air in November of 2000 and this season mark's the show 14th season overall.

McHugh is the creator and host of Hoopsville which broadcasts out of McHugh's personal studios, the WBCA/NABC Studios, in the Baltimore area. The show airs on Sundays and Thursdays starting at 7:00 PM ET throughout the season. Archives of each show along with a separate podcast(s) are also available.
