Trine's defense forced 10 turnovers that the Thunder converted into 13 points in the first half. Martin and Dawson were key scorers in the first half for the Thunder, as Martin led the way with 12 points and Dawson added 10 points. Trine led Oberlin 29-24 going into halftime.
