ANGOLA, Ind.-- The Trine women's basketball team will host a fall basketball league for girls in grades 3-12 on Saturdays and Sundays this fall.
Fall league games will be played on the following dates: Sunday, Sept. 10; Saturday, Sept. 16; Sunday, Sept. 24, Oct. 1 & Oct. 8 with game times beginning between 1 and 5 p.m. Cost of the camp is $105 per player. Returning players are eligible for a $20 discout and can receive an additional $10 discount by referring new campers. The cost includes a tryout and single game on Sept.10, and two games on each other date listed above. Each player will also receive a league uniform t-shirt and four free tickets to a Trine women's basketball home game.
Tryouts for the league are designed to break up players by skill-level equally throughout the league. No players will be cut. Please note that no more than three players from a high school will be allowed to play on the same team. There is no such limit for elementary or middle school players.

All league games will be coached by Trine women's basketball players. Last season, the team captured the MIAA Regular-Season and Tournament Championships as well as qualifying for the NCAA Division III postseason for the first time in program history where the Thunder advanced to the second round. The Thunder concluded the season with a 25-3 overall record, tying the all-time school mark for victories, and produced two All-MIAA performers, including the MIAA MVP in Brandi Dawson and Defensive MVP in Hayley Martin.
