ANGOLA, Ind.-- The Trine women's basketball team will host a fall basketball league for girls in grades 3-12 on Sundays this fall. The league is open to ALL girls who are interested in playing!
Fall league games will be played on the following dates: Sept. 16, 23, 30 & Oct. 7 from 2 - 4:30 p.m at the MTI Center. Cost of the camp is $70 per player and includes basketball skill instruction, game situation teaching and game play. Each player will also receive a league uniform t-shirt and four free tickets to a Trine women's basketball home game.

All league games will be coached by Trine women's basketball players and coaches. Last season, the team captured a share of the MIAA Regular-Season Championship as well as qualifying for the NCAA Division III postseason for the second consecutive season and adavanced to the "Sweet 16" for the first time in program history. The Thunder concluded the season with a school-record 26 wins and were 26-4 overall. Trine produced two All-MIAA performers, including the MIAA MVP in Brandi Dawson and Defensive MVP in Hayley Martin in back-to-back seasons.
