ANGOLA, IND. -- The Trine University women's basketball team rankings remained unchanged in the latest D3hoops.com and Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) national polls.
The Thunder won all three matchups this past week with an 88-27 win against Olivet (Mich.) College, a 69-55 victory against Saint Mary's (Ind.) College and a 70-53 win at Albion (Mich.) to lock up the outright MIAA regular-season championship. Trine has also won 12 straight games and 20 of its last 21 contests.
in the most recent polls, Trine remains fifth in the D3hoops.com poll and seventh by the WBCA.
Trine will wrap-up the regular season when it travels to Kalamazoo, Mich. on Saturday, Feb. 16 for a MIAA matchup against Kalamazoo College. The game is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.
