SAUGATUCK, Mich.-- The second round of the MIAA National Qualifiers was postponed due to rain.
No makeup date has been set for the second round of play. A makeup date is expected to be announced in the coming days. Trine is in third place after the first of three national qualifier rounds. Thunder golfers carded a score of 343, 20-strokes back of first-place Olivet. Amy Worthington (Logansport, Ind./Logansport) finished seventh in round one with an 82.
Trine will play a national qualifier round this Saturday, April 25 at Ravines Golf Club in Saugatuck, Mich. The winner of the three-round tournament receives an automatic-qualifying bid to the NCAA Division III National Championships.
