KALAMAZOO, Mich. – On Saturday, the Trine University women's golf team took the course for Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Jamboree #3.
The Thunder placed sixth at Milham Park Golf Course at 349. Saint Mary's won the round with a team score of 311, nine strokes ahead of second-place Adrian College.
The team was led by Calley Ruff, who tied for 20th with an 85 on the day. Bailey Bravata and Grace Dubec were next with identical cards of 86 to wrap up play in a tie for 25th.
Mae Norman and Grace Thiele also had the same score as each of them turned in 92's. The duo were in a tie for 42nd on the playerboard. Individuals Sophie Argyle and Payton Ault also competed in the event and had scores of 89 and 91.
Trine will host MIAA Jamboree #4 on Thursday, October 5 at Zollner Golf Course.
