ANGOLA, Ind. -- The first Alumni & Fans Homecoming Tennis Tournament drew nearly 70 participants consisting of alumni, faculty, students, parents and community members.
Despite the rain delays, nearly all of the tournament's matches were played outdoors in Ryan Tennis Center. Some notable participants included Dr. Marek Kolar, Tom and Kelly Trusty and Dr. Rudy Kachman.
"It was a great event with a fun atmosphere full of everything you'd expect from an alumni contest during homecoming weekend," said Erin Kolar, head coach of the Trine tennis teams. "Memories were shared, competitive juices were revitalized and new friends were made. The alumni are already looking forward to next year's event!"
