STEVENS POINT, WISC.-- Trine's Trisha King set a new school-record in the 800 Meter Run at the Point National Qualifier, held Saturday at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
King (Archbold, Ohio/Archbold) ran a time of 2:13.89 to beat her old school-record by over a second. The junior had set the previous school-record last weekend at the Calvin Indoor Championships. Her performance was good enough for fourth-place in the meet.
The Trine track and field teams will announce participants in the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships at a later date.
