To be eligible for All-Region honors, the top-5 individuals in each event from each region earn the distinction, in addition to each of the members of the region's top-3 relays teams.  A total of 781 awards were bestowed to athletes from women's programs in NCAA Division III.

Eck earned All-Region honors in both the shot put and the weight throw, while Gales earned the honor in the 400-meter dash and Bultemeyer in the 800-meter run.

This marks the sixth All-Region honor for Eck during the indoor season having garnered the award in both the shot put and weight throw the past three seasons.  This year, Eck leads the Great Lakes Region in the weight throw with a season-best distance of 60' 6.50" (18.45 meters).  Her mark was a school record and currently ranks as the second-best distance in NCAA Division III.  In the shot put, she is fifth in the region with a mark of 43' 5.75" (13.25 meters) which came at the Sean Brady Conditioner in the first meet of the season in early December.

Eck captured both individual titles in the shot put and weight throw at the 2018 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Indoor Championship for the second straight year and was tabbed the MIAA "Most Valuable Field" performer for the second consecutive time.

Gales has earned her second All-Region award in the 400-meter dash after posting a season-best time of 58.78 seconds in the event which ranks fifth in the region.  She recorded her time at the MIAA Championshiper where she captured the 400-meter title.

Bultemeyer capped a standout first indoor track season with her first All-Region award.  She has posted the third fastest time in the region in the 800m run of 2:16.16.  Bultemeyer posted the time at the Ohio Northern University Polar Bear Final Qualifier.  At the MIAA Championship, Bultemeyer captured the event title in the 800m with a winning time of 2:19.15.
