Bultemeyer Qualifies for Finals of 1500-Meter at NCAA Outdoor Nationals

GENEVA, OHIO  --  Trine University sophomore women's outdoor track and field runner Evie Bultemeyer (Fort Wayne, Ind./Homestead) advanced to the finals of the 1500-meter run at the 2019 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio.

Bultemeyer finished in the top-four in her individual heat to automatically advance to the finals and had a time of 4:38.98.  

The finals of the 1500m will be held on Saturday, May 25 at 12:25 p.m.

Bultemeyer also qualified for the 800-meter run and will run her first race in the preliminaries tomorrow (Thursday, May. 24) at 4 p.m.
