Pat Tolin joined the Trine women’s volleyball program as an assistant coach in the summer of 2017.

Tolin brings a wealth of volleyball experience to the program having served as a club volleyball coach from 2014 till the time of his hiring. Most recently, he was the coach of the Academy Volleyball Club in Indianapolis. While there, the club finished in the top half of the 2017 AAU Nationals. Before that, Tolin was a coach at the South Indy Club, where his teams finished in the top five in 2015 and top 20 in 2016 at the USAV Nationals.

For his career, Tolin accumulated a 190-90 record as a club volleyball coach.

Tolin specializes in coaching setters, a position that he filled during his playing career. In high school, Tolin was a four-year varsity team setter. He was honorable mention All-State his junior year and was named All-State during his senior year.

Tolin resides in New Haven, Ind. with his wife Megan, their daughter Andi, and their two dogs.
