Hershey Hall

Hershey Hall

At the center of Trine University's athletics is the Hershey Hall athletic facility, named in honor of Gen. Lewis B. Hershey. One of the best small school athletic facilities in the Midwest, Hershey Hall has a main court that seats 4,500, an indoor walking track, two auxiliary gymnasiums, four volleyball courts, racquetball courts, a free-weight room and a fitness center. Since the completion of the new MTI Center in 2018, Hershey Hall has become the fulltime home of both men's and women's volleyball as well as wrestling.

Hershey Hall has been the site of numerous championships including the men's volleyball MIVA championships and the women's volleyball NAIA bi-district playoffs. In March of 1996 and 1997, Hershey Hall was the site of the NAIA Women's Basketball National Championship games featuring the top 32 teams in the country.
