ANGOLA, IND.  --  Trine University will host a celebration of 25 years of intercollegiate football at the University as part of festivities on Homecoming Weekend in October.

The Thunder will host Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association opponent Hope (Mich.) College on Saturday, Oct. 5 at Fred Zollner Athletic Stadium where commemoration of the past 25 years of Trine football will be held.  All fans are encouraged to attend the event.  Football alumni are asked to register for the event and will receive a commemorative token as well as access to football only parking, access to a football only tent and recognition during the game.  

Announcement of the quarter century team will also be made during the game and the event is free of charge for those who attend.
