ANGOLA, Ind. -- The Trine women's basketball team will hold a prospect camp for high school basketball players at the end of June, the team announced today.
The one-day prospect camps will be held Wednesday, June 28 and Thursday, June 29 in Hershey Hall on the campus of Trine University. The camp is open to young women entering grades 9-12 in the fall of 2017. Each session is limited to the first 50 players to register. Campers who pre-register by June 12 will receive a $50 rate, while same-day registration is $60.
The prospect camp is geared towards high school aged players looking to take their game to the next level. Campers will receive instruction from Trine women's basketball coaches and players, participate in drill work and competitive games and attend a college admission/recruiting seminar. All participants will receive a camp t-shirt.

Campers will receive instruction from coaches and players who led the Thunder to a 25-3 record and the team's first NCAA Division III Tournament bid last year. Trine was nationally-ranked throughout much of the second half of the season. The team produced the MIAA's Most Valuable Player and Defensive Player of the Year.
