June 20, 2023GREENWOOD, Ind. – The Academic All-District® teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC), have been announced for the remainder of the 2022-23 athletic seasons. Trine University had 26 student-athletes represent the institution on their respective All-District teams.

Trine Wins Home Tournament to Close 2023 Spring Season
April 29, 2023ANGOLA, Ind. – In the rescheduled Trine Spring Classic, the Trine University women’s golf team was victorious over the other two schools in attendance on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The Thunder had a team score of 329 and defeated the runners-up Grace College by 18 strokes. Freshman Calley Ruff highlighted the day with a career-low round of 78 to claim individual medalist honors.

Women's Golf Places Second at Adrian Spring Invitational
April 20, 2023TECUMSEH, Mich. – At the Adrian Spring Invitational, the Trine University women’s golf team were runners up, with a team score of 334. The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) representative to the NCAA Championships and host institution Adrian University Bulldogs won the event with a combined 306.

Weather Cancels Albion Spring Invitational
April 17, 2023MARSHALL, Mich. - The Trine University women's golf team was scheduled to compete in the Albion Spring Invitational at Marshall Country Club on Monday afternoon, but the weather has forced a cancellation of that event. The tournament will not be made up.

Trine Records Second-Place Finish at Hope Invitational
April 08, 2023SAUGATUCK, Mich. – The Trine University women's golf team were runners up at the Hope Invitational and finished just one stroke back to the Calvin University Knights. The team put together a quality second round at Clearbrook Golf Club and gained a position in the team standings. Trine entered the day trailing by seven strokes.

Women's Golf Third After First Day of Hope Invite
April 07, 2023SAUGATUCK, Mich. – The Trine University women’s golf team finished the first day of the Hope College Spring Invite with a team score of 351 strokes, good enough to sit in third. Hope College currently leads the event with a score of 344 and Calvin University is in second with 347 strokes.

Women's Golf Defeats Albion to Defend Brit-Thunder Cup
April 04, 2023ANGOLA, Ind. – In the 2023 edition of the Brit-Thunder Cup, the Trine University women’s golf team was able to retain the title thanks to a 48-26 win over Albion College on Tuesday afternoon at Zollner Golf Course. Five-of-six pairings on the women’s side were on by Thunder student-athletes.

Trine Spring Classic Postponed to April 29
March 31, 2023ANGOLA, Ind. – The Trine University women’s golf team has announced the postponement of their home event, the Trine Spring Classic, due to weather conditions. The make-up date for that event will be on Saturday, April 29. Tee time is set for 2 p.m. at Zollner Golf Course.

March 30, 2023SAUGATUCK, Mich. – The Trine University women’s golf team took the course for the first time this spring at Clearbrook Golf Club. The Thunder took on Hope College head-to-head in a dual match and were defeated 341-350.
