KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has announced Cortez Garland as a Second Team All-District player in District VII of NCAA Division III. The Detroit, Michigan native was also a Second Team All-Region selection by D3hoops.com earlier in the week.
