Tyler Murphy Becomes First Men's Soccer CSC Academic All-American
December 07, 2022AUSTIN, Texas – Junior Tyler Murphy of the Trine University men’s soccer team has been honored as a member of the 2022 Academic All-America® men’s soccer teams, as selected by the College Sports Communicators (CSC). The forward was recognized as a member of the First Team and becomes the first Trine men’s soccer player to earn Academic All-American accolades.

Eleven Named to Academic All-District Teams
December 05, 2022GREENWOOD, Ind. – The 2022 Academic All-District® teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC), have been announced for the four fall sports, including football, men’s and women’s soccer and women’s volleyball. Eleven Thunder student-athletes were named to their respective All-District teams.

The Thunder now await the results of tonight’s other conference matches to know their seed heading into the conference tournament. They entered the day as the two seed and would have clinched with a victory.

October 24, 2022HUDSONVILLE, Mich. – Tyler Murphy of the Trine University men’s soccer team has been named Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Men’s Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week. It is his second Athlete of the Week award of the 2022 season and this marks the fifth time he was won in his career.
