ANGOLA, Ind. – The Trine University softball team has announced dates for their annual hitting clinics.
Two clinics will be held, the first on Sunday, Nov. 13 and the second on Sunday, Dec. 4. Each day will run from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The clinics offer a unique opportunity for softball players to learn the techniques used by the elite hitters of Trine University's softball team. Last season the team finished runner-up during the NCAA Division III Softball Championships on the back of finishing nationally top-ten in homeruns per game and top-25 in sacrifice bunts.
Sessions will be focused on hitting fundamentals and drills that have helped the Thunder succeed at the plate.
Each clinic costs $75 individually and will be capped at 60 participants.
