MANHEIM, Pa. – Four members of the Trine University men's wrestling team have been recognized for their efforts in the classroom as Scholar All-Americans by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA).
A total of 418 individuals representing 100 different NCAA Division III institutions received awards for their accomplishments during the 2023-24 season.
"Through their unwavering dedication, these athletes and teams showcase a commitment that extends beyond the mat and into the classroom. Congratulations to each of this year's recipients," shared Mike Moyer, NWCA Executive Director.
Seniors Isaac Hawkins, currently finishing his MBA, and Joseph Langeman, majoring in Design Engineering Technology, headlined the contingent from Trine. Both repeated on the list from last year.
