INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Trine University men's soccer team will make their first ever NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championship Tournament appearance after receiving an automatic qualifier by winning the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) title.
Trine travels to Otterbein University to face the host Cardinals (14-1-4) in the First Round of the event. That match will kick-off at 1:30 pm on Saturday, November 13. The winners of the two regional matches at Otterbein will play on Sunday, November 14 at 1 pm.
The Thunder are coming off a 2-0 victory in the MIAA Championship match at Kalamazoo College on Saturday and are riding a six-match winning streak. The Trine defense has held opponents scoreless for the last 292 minutes of play heading into the national tournament.
Otterbein recieved an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championship Tournament after the previously unbeaten Cardinals dropped the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Championship match to John Carroll University. The two teams met previously on September 18, with Otterbein winning 2-0 on their home field.

General admission is $10, senior citizens (62 or over) will get in for $8, and all student tickets are $5. Children under seven can enter for free.
