Trine Fifth at Indiana Little States
April 20, 2024MARIAN, Ind. – At the 2024 Indiana Little States Championships, the Trine University men’s track and field team placed fifth in a stout field of 15 teams from across the Hoosier State. Marian University were crowned the team champions after accumulating 195.5 points, more than double second-place Vincennes University.

Two School Records Broken on Friday for Men's and Women's Track and Field
April 19, 2024MARION, Ind. – The Trine University men’s and women’s track and field programs were in action on Friday at the Indiana Little State Championships at Indiana Wesleyan University. Only a handful events were contested, but two school records fell for the Thunder.

Thunder on Top at Indiana DIII Championships
April 13, 2024GREENCASTLE, Ind. – The Trine University men’s track and field team was victorious at the Indiana DIII Championships at DePauw University on Saturday afternoon. The team scored 153.5 points to top seven other NCAA Division III institutions in the state of Indiana.

Gladieux Sets New Best Time at North Carolina State
March 30, 2024RALEIGH, N.C. – At day two of the Raleigh Relays, Jake Gladieux ran a new personal best time of 51.98 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles, good for ninth in the event. As of results going into the weekend, this is the fastest time in NCAA Division III in the 2024 outdoor season.

Gladieux Wins Second Career National Championship
March 09, 2024VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Jake Gladieux of the Trine University men’s track and field program secured his second national championship of his career by taking first-place in the 60-meter hurdle finals on Saturday. Gladieux would add an All-American award with a sixth-place finish in the 200-meter dash event as well.

February 25, 2024ANGOLA, Ind. – The Trine University men’s track and field program clinched their eighth straight Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) title and fifth indoor championship in a row on Saturday afternoon. The Thunder scored 203 points, nearly double second-place Hope College to secure the postseason success.

Thunder Get Final Reps Before Championship Meet
February 17, 2024HILLSDALE, Mich. – The Trine University men’s and women’s track and field teams were in action on Saturday at the Hillsdale Tune-Up, the final event before the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Championships. The men’s team placed second out of five schools and the women were fourth. The host NCAA DII Hillsdale Chargers were the top team for both the men and women.

Competitive Midwest Elite Invitational Sees Trine Tie for Sixth
February 10, 2024WHITEWATER, Wisc. – The Trine University men’s track and field team concluded their split weekend on Saturday at the Midwest Elite Invitational at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. The Thunder tied for sixth of nine teams in attendance with 41.5 points. The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse dominated the event with 170 points, nearly 100 more than second place.
