ANGOLA, Ind. – The Trine University cheer team has announced that they will host a pair of clinics during the upcoming months. The first is scheduled for Sunday, March 26 and the second for Sunday, April 16.
The event, which will run from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., is an opportunity to work with the coaches and members of Trine cheer on skills crucial for cheer. The clinic will include sessions on stunts, pyramids, tumbling and baskets.
The clinic is open to everyone age 12 and up and will carry a cost of 40 dollars per attendee. It will be hosted in Hershey Hall on Trine's Angola Campus.
Thunder cheerleading still has spots open on their 2023-24 roster and are actively recruiting. The clinic is another opportunity to introduce yourself to the coaching staff.
Registration for the clinic will be done online. Any questions should be directed to head coach Shea Sims.
