Amison and Trine Named Top Senior Student-Athletes
June 29, 2023ANGOLA, Ind. – At the 2023 Honors Day Ceremony, Trine University recognized the top male and female student athletes of the senior class. Keysean Amison of the football team received the Robert L. Greim Award for Top Male Student-Athlete and Ellie Trine of the softball team was tabbed the Cheryl L. Coons Award recipient as Top Female Student-Athlete.

Student-Athletes Representing 16 Teams Named Academic All-District®
June 20, 2023GREENWOOD, Ind. – The Academic All-District® teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC), have been announced for the remainder of the 2022-23 athletic seasons. Trine University had 26 student-athletes represent the institution on their respective All-District teams.

One coaching staff from each of the NCAA’s ten regions were selected as the Regional Coaching Staff of the Year, making them eligible for the ATEC/NFCA Division III National Coaching Staff of the Year award, which will be announced on June 19.

June 06, 2023AUSTIN, Texas – Senior pitcher Anna Koeppl of the Trine University softball team has been selected as a member of the 2023 College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America First Team. She becomes the first Trine softball student-athlete to be named Academic All-American in nearly a decade when Carly Searles and Bree Fuller were each selected in 2014.
