The Flying Dutch (13-4) advance to the NCAA Tournament with the win while the Thunder (12-6) set a new record for most wins in a season.

Five Collect All-MIAA Honors from Trine Women's LacrosseApril 30, 2024HUDSONVILLE, Mich. – The Trine University women’s lacrosse team had five representatives on All-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Teams in the 2024 season, the most of any team in program history. Calista Richmond, Brooke Hoag and Maddy Kasten were First Team All-MIAA honorees while Alyssa Keptner and Evalyn Bellotti were recognized on the Second Team All-MIAA. The Thunder tied for second in the league standings with a record of 5-2 in the conference and 11-5 overall. They travel to Kalamazoo College in the MIAA Tournament Semifinals on Wednesday, May 1 at 7 p.m.

Overtime Thriller Goes Against TrineApril 24, 2024KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Trine University women’s lacrosse team suffered a 14-13 loss in overtime on Wednesday night to Kalamazoo College in a topsy-turvy affair that features four lopsided quarters. The Thunder won the first and third quarters with ease while the Hornets were exceptional in quarters two and four and after 60 minutes, the score was all even. Kalamazoo was able to secure the opening draw control in the extra frame and went on to score the game-winning goal.

Thunder Fall to Flying DutchApril 20, 2024ANGOLA, Ind. – In a battle for sole possession of first place in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA), Hope College defeated the Trine University women’s lacrosse team on Saturday 18-10. Hope is now 9-4 on the season and 5-0 inside the league while the Thunder fall to 10-4 overall and 4-1 in conference play.

Women's Lacrosse Nabs Fourth Consecutive VictoryApril 16, 2024ANGOLA, Ind. – The Trine University women’s lacrosse team recorded their tenth win of the season on Tuesday with a 17-4 victory at home against Saint Mary’s College. The Thunder are now 10-3 overall and remain undefeated in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) play at 4-0. The Belles drop to 1-10 overall and 0-4 inside the league.

The Thunder got eight points from junior Calista Richmond to help secure the victory (three goals, five assists). The Thunder are now 5-2 on the year while the Tigers of Wittenberg fall back to .500 at 4-4 overall.
