MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Senior Jake Gladieux of the Trine University men's track & field team advanced to Saturday's 400-meter hurdle finals at the 2024 NCAA DIII Outdoor National Championships.
The Oregon, Ohio native won heat number two with a time of 52.08 seconds to secure his spot to compete for his third career national championship. Gladieux will be the three-seed after quick times in the third heat of the day.
Action continues at Coastal Carolina University and Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium on Friday, May 24. Gladieux will take to the track in the 110-meter hurdle preliminary races. Those heat races begin at 4:30 p.m.
